About Us

IRM Moto is an Iowa-based manufacturer of premium motorcycle accessories, specializing in model-specific highway pegs for BMW motorcycles.

Our story began in 1997, when Jerad Cheney, a motorcycle mechanic with a background in machining, founded CVM Touring Accessories. By combining hands-on mechanical experience with precision manufacturing, Jerad built a reputation for creating highway pegs that were attractive, durable, and designed specifically for the motorcycles they fit.

For nearly 25 years, CVM products helped riders add long-distance comfort without sacrificing the look of their bikes.

In 2022, Mason Weibel and Mitchell Kurt joined Jerad to form IRM Moto, a branch of Iowa River Manufacturing. Today, our team continues to support and refresh previous designs while developing new products for the latest BMW models.

What makes IRM different is our focus on integration. Our products are not universal bolt-on accessories. They are designed around each motorcycle, with close attention to fit, comfort, durability, and original styling.

Every IRM product is proudly designed and manufactured in Iowa using quality materials, precision CNC machining, and real-world rider feedback.
